Arcanum
Four trading card games in one vault, with a quantitative price engine that runs in the page. Open it from a link — there is nothing to install, and nothing about your collection leaves your machine to be valued.
Four games do not share a price list.
Most trackers treat the game as a filter over one pool of cards. That is the wrong model, and it fails in ways that are hard to notice. A set code can legitimately exist in two games at once. A “holofoil” means something specific in Pokémon and nothing at all in Magic. A condition grade does not carry across publishers, and two games have no price archive anywhere in the world, free or paid.
Arcanum scopes everything by game, from the database row up to the analytics. The switcher at the top of every screen is not a filter: it swaps the catalogue, the collection, the portfolio and every price series over to the other game at once, and tints the interface with that game’s colour so you always know which collection you are looking at. Nothing is ever merged.
What is in the vault.
Four catalogues, three decades
Magic from Scryfall — 1,049 sets back to 1993. Pokémon from TCGdex — 218 sets back to 1999. Yu-Gi-Oh! from YGOPRODeck since 2002. Lorcana from Lorcast since 2023. Each is fetched, stored and searched per game.
A price engine in the page
Price history is stored and analysed locally in the browser. Magic carries history from 2012 onward through MTGStocks and an MTGJSON backfill; Pokémon carries a provider archive and the vault’s own samples. Valuing a collection costs no round trip.
Finishes that are real per game
Non-foil, foil and etched for Magic. Normal, holofoil, reverse holo, first edition and first-edition holo for Pokémon. Normal and foil for Yu-Gi-Oh!, normal and cold foil for Lorcana. Each game carries the finishes it actually prints.
Conditions without translation
Magic runs M / NM / EX / GD / LP / PL / PO while the other three use NM / LP / MP / HP / DMG. Arcanum keeps them as the game defines them rather than forcing one scale onto four publishers.
Analytics grouped the way each game thinks
Allocation and concentration by mana colour identity for Magic, by energy type for Pokémon, by monster attribute for Yu-Gi-Oh! and by ink for Lorcana — so the breakdown means something inside the collection it describes.
Sets, collection, portfolio
Browse a whole set and tick off what you own, or add cards directly. The collection feeds a portfolio that tracks cost, current value and change over time, with per-game snapshots so each collection has its own history.
Its own price snapshots
Arcanum records a daily snapshot for every card you own in every game, so a trend exists from the day a card is added even where no provider publishes history at all. Two of the four games depend entirely on this.
Opens anywhere, installs nowhere
The vault is a browser application. The same collection follows you to another machine when you sign in, and nothing needs to be installed on either one to use it.
How the four collections differ.
Nothing is shared between them but the interface. These are the differences the data model is built to respect.

Where the price history does not exist
Two of the four games have no price archive anywhere, free or paid. YGOPRODeck publishes no history endpoint and no mirror of its prices exists. Lorcast publishes today’s price and nothing else, and the TCGplayer daily dump carries current prices only, not an archive.
Arcanum does not substitute a different game’s series, an index, or a flat line to fill the chart. It builds the trend from its own daily snapshots taken since you added the card, states plainly that this is what the chart is, and labels it in Settings and on the card screen rather than in a footnote.
